CPE YEARBOOK Sponsorship

Volunteers are creating a full-colour yearbook and are looking for corporate/ community/ individual sponsors to help reduce the price of the Yearbooks for every student from Kindergarten – Grade 7 at Columbia Park Elementary School.

Our goal is to offer the yearbooks for FREE to the students. This makes it possible for EVERY student to receive one and no one is left out. We have done this with the help of sponsors for many years now and are hoping to be able to do this again.

We understand the financial hardships that all businesses have gone through in the past few years. We ask that you consider looking at the pricing and if there is a different amount you can donate, please get in touch and we can work something out.

Most people hang on to their yearbooks for many years and friends and family look through them. This is a good opportunity to both support a good cause and promote your business or organization.

Let us know if you are interested in sponsoring and we will arrange to pick up your payment or arrange an e-transfer as well as advertisement specifications.

We have 4 different donation avenues:

Small AD (approx. 2.5” x 3.5”)  – minimum $100 donation.
Large AD (approx. 4” x 6”) – minimum $250 donation.
Parent / Community Donation – maybe you don’t have a company to promote but would like to leave a celebratory message or share a favourite memory with the students at CPE. We can include fun messages to the students! – minimum donation $50
Example: “Hope you had the best school year” – from The Smith Family

“Congrats to the Grade 7’s moving onto High School” – Grandma and Grandpa

Favourite Memory: “The Holiday Craft Fair and the kids getting candy grams” – Mrs. Walter

Anonymous Donation – each yearbook will cost approximately $12, so even if you would like to cover the cost of your child’s yearbook, that goes a long way as well!
